Florida Endurance series #1 + ST – Loyce Harpe park – Lakeland, Fl
The series is off to a great start with super weather and a strong turnout. The Ridge Riders club had the trails rocking as well with a 9.8 mile fast and flowing trail and groomed to the max, many thanks to the trail crew!
The weekend started off with the series short track bonus race and it was Jayro Lopez taking a close win in the men’s overall and Diana Bridges was the winner in the women’s overall ST. Sunday Caleb Adam put up a good fight to claim the men’s marathon overall with an impressive 15.4 mph average covering 59 miles of racing, the top female on the day was Amy Talbot with a healthy margin over her next rival.
The 7 race series is off and running with round two coming February 21st in Ocala for the annual 12 Hours of Santos classic.
