Georgia State Championship series #5 – Allatoona Creek trails – Acworth, Ga

Saturday was bright and dry as the first wave of the short track racers hit the 1.5 mile mix of single track and open trail, the yellow wave were scheduled for 4 laps and it was Jeremy Brock who took the top men’s spot and Tina Morris ruled the women’s overall. In the 3 lap white wave it was Tyler Ebbert taking a close win while Tanya Sullivan was the top female.

Sunday started out with a quick hard rain but then the sun came out and turned what was a dry course into near perfect race conditions. The youth racers hit the trail first on the same course used by the short track the day before and from the looks on their faces we were in for a good day of racing. Jeremy Brock once again claimed the overall victory and Tina Morris repeated as well both posting maximum points for the weekend.
