Florida Endurance series #3 + TT#2 – San Felasco Trails –Alachua, Fl
A wee bit chilly but great race conditions for the third round of the series at San Felasco trails, a cold front blew in on Friday night but thankfully it only rained the perfect amount and left the Time Trial racers with a fast tacky 10.5 mile course. Saturday’s top TT racers were Gilberto Araujo and Adriana Leon.
Sunday the sun came out but brisk temperatures kept the rider cooled down for the three sprint laps of 10.5 miles each and the marathon six lap affair. Top sprint racers were Jose Pena and Pauline Dockins. The marathon classes were won by Patricia Doring and Tim Zimmerman. Many thanks to the Friends of San Felasco club for having the trail in order and for supporting the event.
Next FLE race is April 8th in Hialeah.
